Terms of Service

Last updated: October 24, 2024. Please read these terms carefully. They govern your use of the Sigma Tactix AI platform and strategic consulting services. By engaging with our ecosystem, you agree to these precision-engineered standards.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Sigma Tactix (the “Platform”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sigma Tactix Global LLC.

If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these terms.

02.Service Infrastructure

2.1 AI Deliverables

Our AI models provide strategic recommendations based on proprietary algorithms. While we strive for 99.9% precision, all outputs should be reviewed by human strategic partners before execution.

2.2 System Availability

Sigma Tactix reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service for maintenance or upgrades with a minimum 24-hour notice to enterprise clients.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

3.1
Ownership of Platform
The software, AI models, brand identifiers, and technical architectures are the exclusive property of Sigma Tactix. Unauthorized reverse-engineering of our neural networks is strictly prohibited.
3.2
Client Data Ownership
Clients retain 100% ownership of the raw data uploaded to the platform. By uploading, you grant Sigma Tactix a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your requested strategic outputs.
3.3
Usage License
Sigma Tactix grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the generated reports and strategic blueprints for internal business operations only.

04.Confidentiality & Data Integrity

Both parties agree to protect “Confidential Information” with the same degree of care as their own sensitive data. For Sigma Tactix, this includes our pricing structures and AI training methodologies. For the Client, this includes all strategic business data.

•Encryption: All data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 standards.
•Access: Minimalist access protocols restrict data visibility to authorized AI nodes.
•Compliance: We adhere to SOC2 Type II and GDPR frameworks.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigma Tactix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from strategic decisions made based on AI-generated data.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, all API access will be revoked, and client data will be purged according to our data retention policy.

07.Refund, Dispute & Cancellation Policy

7.1 AI Subscriptions

Subscription fees are billed at the beginning of each period. Users may cancel at any time via account settings. Refunds are issued on a pro-rata basis if requested within 48 hours of billing.

7.2 Consulting Services

Strategic consulting engagements require a 50% deposit. Cancellations made 7+ days before commencement are eligible for a full refund; later cancellations forfeit the deposit.

8. Promotional Terms

Eligibility & Application
Promotional offers and discounts are available to new enterprise clients only unless otherwise specified. Coupons cannot be stacked or applied to existing active subscriptions.
8.2
Offer Duration
Sigma Tactix reserves the right to modify or terminate promotional campaigns at any time without prior notice. Expired offers will not be honored under any circumstances.
